Are there any CITA chapter dues to join?
No! There are no chapter dues required to join and participate in CITA @ Allatoona FBLA Chapter general meetings, workshops, and chapter activities.
Where and when does CITA @ Allatoona FBLA meet?
Regular chapter meetings take place once a month at 3:45 PM in the Game Design Room in the CITA @ Allatoona building at the CITA @ Allatoona campus. If you miss a meeting, please ask Ms. Burnside or the officer team (once announced) for our meeting summary.
Are we associated with the CITA @ Osborne chapter?
CITA @ Allatoona FBLA Chapter is an independent inaugural chapter. We are proud sister chapters with CITA @ Osborne FBLA, but each chapter is chartered and managed independently.
How are FBLA events chosen for CITA students?
Students choose their own events relative to our computer pathways (AI, Cloud Computing, and Game Design) from the official FBLA website catalog.
How do I track and report community service hours?
Community service tracking will be done through CITA @ Allatoona's official community service tracking platform. You must report these hours BY YOURSELF by the end of the school year to receive chapter credit.
How can I run for a CITA officer position?
Fill out the Officer Application on our Join / Apply page and attend the kickoff meeting on August 28 to learn more about the selection process.
